Updates/New Business:

Update on SKAT survey and meeting at Anacortes Library:
- 15-20 people attended the meeting at the library. Commissioner Wesen was there. There was emphasis on people taking the survey. There were questions and discussion about Guemes ferry. Folks in Anacortes that live close to the ferry asked why the bus couldn’t align with the ferry. Crystle (SKAT CEO) said she met with Rachel (Ferry Manager) about bus and ferry alignment. There is another SKAT public meeting coming up at Fidalgo School on Wednesday April 3 at 5:00pm and another at the Anacortes Library Thursday April 4 at 5:00pm.

Discussion on C23-1:
- GIPAC thanked commissioners for moving this forward. Need to follow up with Planning to get status and timeline.
GIPAC Outreach to Skagit County Health Department on rainwater catchment:
- GIPAC would like to invite folks from Skagit County Health to come to the island to tour some current rainwater catchment systems and help build our relationship.
GIPAC board roster/contact list:
- Gabe explained that one of his duties as secretary was to maintain a list of all current board members and their contact info. One has been created and has all current info necessary.
New board member recruitment
- The board had a brief discussion of potential new board members.
