Updates/New Business:
- Prep for meeting with Public Works:
- Michael See/Tom Weller will meet with GIPAC Wednesday 11/5
- Kathy will follow up Tuesday 11/4, to let them know who from GIPAC will attend, and ask if they have a current plan to share ahead of the meeting.
- We would like to understand the motivation, the cost, and the reasoning for the design elements that are in the plan.
- Key points and concerns:
- The ferry terminal is our lifeline. It must support our community and guests.
- Emergency management: ingress/egress of lot, emergency access to boat launch.
- Safety and ADA compliance
- Annual Meeting agenda, discussion points and outreach:

- Sounds like they are beginning to enforce new rules
- CAO update:
- Third Draft was released, comment period open till Nov 14th @ 4:30
- Kathy has reviewed for impact to Guemes subarea plan, no additional GIPAC comments will be submitted.
- Ferry:
- Anacortes Dock: No news
- Fare Proposal: Won’t know until commissioners vote on it.
- Skagit Transit: Anacortes Micro Transit Project: SKAT will announce when the project starts.
- Municipal Park District Boundary – holding till outcome of election
