

GIPAC
Guemes Island Planning Advisory Committee (GIPAC) was elected by the residents and property owners of Guemes Island for the purpose of preparing a subarea plan.
On June 28, 2002, the members of GIPAC unanimously voted to submit a petition to Skagit County proposing that the Board of County Commissioners authorize GIPAC to prepare a subarea plan for Guemes Island in accordance with the Skagit County Comprehensive Plan and the Growth Management Act.
